5 Jun 2025 G6 Level Access Issue Identified – Patch in Progress

Hello, Heroes of TwelveSkyM The ONE.

This is the TwelveSkyM The ONE Operations Team.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused during gameplay.

We would like to inform you of an issue related to the level cap expansion that occurred unintentionally after the recent update.

● Unintended Level Cap Expansion to G6 – Patch in Progress

Due to an unexpected issue, the level cap was unintentionally expanded from G4 to G6.

We are currently applying a patch to ensure that all related content—such as regions and war participation—is accessible and functions correctly for G6-level players.

You may be able to access the newly opened content by moving to another region or restarting the game.

If the issue continues, please ensure your client is updated to the latest version via the store.

We apologize again for the confusion and any inconvenience this may have caused.

Thank you for your patience and understanding as we work to resolve this matter quickly.
