Regarding Lucky Shop Exchange Issue

We would like to inform you about an issue identified after the recent update.

First, we would like to sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and confusion caused during gameplay.

■ Issue: Unable to exchange Lucky Shop items due to the exchange item being displayed as Rice Cake Soup instead of Lucky Pouch

This issue occurred due to an incorrect exchange item setting following the recent update.

As a result, the Lucky Shop exchange has not functioned as intended, which may have caused inconvenience to many players attempting to use their items.

The issue will be corrected during this week’s scheduled maintenance, and after the maintenance, exchanges will proceed normally using Lucky Pouch as originally intended.

We deeply apologize for the inconvenience caused by this issue and kindly ask for your understanding and patience until the maintenance is completed.

We will continue working to ensure a more stable and reliable gameplay environment moving forward.
