Following the recent announcement regarding the new server opening,
we have received many requests from players asking for the existing servers to be merged.
First of all, we truly understand the intention behind these requests.
Many Heroes wish to experience more active battles and larger-scale combat,
and we sincerely appreciate the feedback you have shared with us.
However, after reviewing the situation, we would like to explain that merging the current servers is difficult to proceed with at this time.
TwelveSkyM The ONE is fundamentally a war-focused game,
where large-scale battles involving many players take place frequently.
Because of this, server stability and network performance are extremely important,
especially during large PvP encounters.
Currently, the servers are located in different regions.
One server is located in Singapore, while the other is located in the United States.
Due to the significant physical distance between these locations,
merging the servers would inevitably result in network latency (ping) issues for many players.
Such latency problems could greatly affect large-scale combat,
and may lead to a less enjoyable gameplay experience for many Heroes.
In addition, there are also time zone differences between the regions.
Singapore and the United States operate on very different time schedules.
Even if the same content were to be available, it could occur during nighttime for one region and early morning for the other.
This would likely result in situations where players are active only at certain times for each region,
which could ultimately lead to a similar population imbalance as we currently experience.
There are also various technical and operational factors that must be carefully considered when discussing server merges.
We fully understand that many Heroes wish for a server merge,
and we would certainly like to provide an environment where more players can battle together if possible.
However, under the current conditions, a server merge may not provide the best gameplay experience for our players.
Instead of merging the servers, our current focus is to expand the player population within each region.
With the opening of the new server, we will also be running advertisements to attract more players,
with the goal of creating more active battle environments within each region.
We will continue listening carefully to your feedback and do our best to improve the game experience.
