To ensure that Heroes can continue their journey without interruption, we are providing a server transfer service that allows eligible characters to move from the Europe Server to either the Asia Server or the North America Server.
All transfers will be processed based on the completion of the maintenance on March 5, 2026.
■ Transferable Information
The following character data from TwelveSkyM The ONE (Europe Server) will be transferred:

Skills
Armoury
Equipped Items
Item Enhancement Values

Silver
Gold (Transferred at the same value)

■ How to Transfer
Please ensure that you have at least one empty character slot on the destination server (Asia or North America).
Complete the official Google Form and carefully select your desired destination server.
Required information:
TwelveSkyM The ONE Google Account
Current Server: Europe
Character Name
Target Server: Asia / North America
Transfer applications must be submitted by March 5, 2026, before the maintenance begins.
Character data will be transferred after the maintenance on March 5, 2026 has been completed.
Transferred characters will be assigned a random nickname.
A Nickname Change Coupon will be provided after the transfer.

Only one character per account can be transferred.
Only equipped items will be transferred.
Once a destination server is selected and the transfer is completed, the character cannot be transferred again to another server, so please choose carefully.
If incorrect information is submitted or if there are insufficient character slots, the transfer may fail, and support cannot be provided.
Transfers between different Google accounts are not supported.
Once the transfer is completed, it cannot be canceled or reversed.
Transfer applications submitted after the start of maintenance on March 5, 2026 will not be accepted.
Transfer details and schedules may change due to internal circumstances.

Heroes who do not wish to proceed with the server transfer may request a refund under the following conditions:
In such cases, eligible payments may be refunded after verification.

Only verified payments that meet the conditions above will be eligible for review.
