Missing Items in Inventory, Storage and Market

Dear GMs.

Please investigate the recent maintenance update today because it caused multiple disappearances of special/legend items in our inventory, storage, marketplace. Many players reported this bug after logging in.
Obviously we don’t have any proof of the items in our possession because we have no idea it will disappear during your update. Regardless We sincerely hope that our items can be traced using special means unique to your game.

This is very saddening, considering the awful lag during certain hours and wasted time farming for materials that will eventually disappear.
